FREE Gastric Band Seminar

Florida Obesity Surgical Associates gives Free Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Band seminars. Before embarking on an important journey such as weight loss surgery Doctors Grossbard, Krishnaraj and DiCicco want their patients educated about the decision they are making. Our Seminars will cover the differences in all bariatric surgeries and they will go over the life style changes associated with the Lap-Band® or Realize Band Systems. Please bring an open mind and list of your questions. After the seminar there will be a time for questions and answers.

Seminar and Support Group Registration

As part of our commitment to patient care and good clinical outcomes, we offer several patient education opportunities. Patient seminars are designed to give prospective patients the opportunity to learn more about obesity surgery options such as the LAP-BAND® System, REALIZE BAND®, or the ROSE Procedure and speak with our Surgeons and patients.

Patient support groups are primarily geared for patients who have already had obesity surgery, but can be attended by prospective patients as well. They provide a critical forum for patients to share experiences, have questions answered, gain encouragement from their peers, and most importantly provide ongoing education to our Gastric Band patients.
